About Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust
We are one of the largest providers of mental health and community care services in England, with outstanding services in learning disability and sexual health and rated‘good’ overall by the CQC.
We serve a population of around 3 million in the south East of England and our catchment area covers a range of vibrant and diverse communities, with over 150 first languages spoken and contains areas of great affluence as well as areas of much deprivation. Such massively varying levels of wealth, deprivation, and diversity in CNWL’s patch must be taken into consideration when designing services with local people.
The majority of our services are provided in the community, which means treating people in their own homes or from clinics close to home. Where community care is not possible, we offer a number of facilities to treat people in hospital or residential environments. In addition, we provide healthcare in prisons in London and surrounding areas.
